2022.01.19 20:38 Particular_Speed_451 Air assisted airless troubleshoor

Picked up a used graco falcon pump with a kremlin gun for a few hundred bucks, and wanted to give it a go. I've been using a ca tech gun with a titan self contained unit for years, and I'm trying to remember how to fix an issue with a pump like this. When the pump piston cycles, I get a brief (maybe 1/2 second) disruption in my fluid delivery. Suggestions? For clarity, I'm running conversion varnish through it currently.

2022.01.19 20:38 ChawInMyJaw This Sub is Incredibly Depressing

I'm currently studying education in university and have a year and a half left before I graduate from a four year program.
I joined this sub with the hopes of discovering tips and tricks, receiving insightful advice from seasoned teachers and maybe reading some funny stories. But the vast majority of what I see are rants about administration, colleagues, students and generally depressing posts.
Some have been so bad in fact that they've made me wonder if I'm crazy for wanting to become a teacher, is it really worth it?
I'm certainly not about to make a drastic decision like dropping out or switching programs because of things strangers wrote on the internet, but can someone provide me with a little perspective?

2022.01.19 20:38 dickforadolla How did the same people who wrote and directed the mando manage to turn around and regurgitate this?

Yo I just watched episode four and had to turn it off. That part where the random casino owner lady in white just flat out explained to the viewer the black wookie's entire backstory because they couldn't find another way to tell it was arguably the worst case of writing I've ever seen. For real? What the fuck were Favreau and Filoni thinking with that shit? "I know that your troubled past has followed you, and somehow I know every single fucking detail of your backstop, even though I'm just some random lady who owns a bar on tattooine, and to make things even fucking stupider I'm going to tell your entire story to this crowd of people after you've been in a bar fight that didn't make sense in the first place." How the hell are these shows made by the same people? What are they doing? End rant.

2022.01.19 20:38 beans1968 Invitation to serve in Uganda - July/August 2022

Just received my invite to serve as a Business Development Advisor! The position appears to be a mix of Agribusiness and Economic Development.
Originally slotted for Education in Philippines (July 2020).
Anyone else have experience working in Uganda? How was your experience if you served in this sector or a similar position? What was the primary language - Swahili or a local dialect? Any other insights would be much appreciated!

2022.01.19 20:38 HildaMarin 01/08-01/15: bad

Today is Wednesday Jan 19 and they released the Sun-Sat numbers for Jan 8-Jan 15. We'll leave out the weekend numbers when there is less testing and show the Jan 9-Jan 14 weekday numbers. 1-day averages for now since the 7-day is useless as things are moving far too fast. Overall, things are getting much worse on a daily basis. The positivity rates are in "impossible" territory, indicating this will not be over any time soon. Rates in every county are so high that it is not safe at all to do any activity at all, even fully masked, even for a short period of time. Deaths are skyrocketing proving that omicron is not "like a mild cold" for many but are a life ending condition.
2022-01-14 (Friday) 1-day averaged daily new cases per 100k: 95 Red Counties:

2022.01.19 20:38 Accurate-Can-6510 Want to quit my job after 3 months. Possible burnout?

Hi all, so I live in a busy (pricey) inner city in the UK. Im a 29(f), with 2 degrees who may need to put herself 1st or maybe should have more of her shit together lmao ( is that societal pressure speaking ?! )
I left my FT job in the not for profit sector towards the end of 2021 as there was no job security/progression and management were in a mess. I had been there for a few years and also wanted a change as I had also become bored. Seemed like perfect timing, When I left my job I already had a new one lined up straight away( the job I currently do). It’s government, my 1st corporate role, with a good salary to match and okay benefits.
Howeverrrr, there is a dilemma - I hate the job. Not even sure hate is the right word, but the workload is immense and I have a manager who delegates every single piece of work to me even though I am already working on 6 different projects and past work hours well into the night. Other staff members have complained about the company’s false work life balance, and a colleague even went as far to say that the managers just pass on all the work to us( one grade down). I have tried to stick up for myself as best as I can but often get shut down by my manager who says I can do my other work later on or jokes about the tasks they have given me to do. It’s hard because I’ve also wanted to make a good impression , I am soo fucking fed up though. Things they say they’ll do one week end up being my task the following week. Though I am more than capable of doing the work to a good standard I wake up sometimes dreading my day, the other day I got up and was like FUCK THIS. Which is a horrible way to start your day. But I now go to bed obsessing about the next day especially ones with 4 meetings (3/5 days in the week), or not giving a damn about the work and constantly feeling tired. There have been a couple of days where I’ve attended back to back meetings and found myself zoning out or blanking out during these meetings, this has never happened to me before. I want to leave so badly, but I also worry about how my colleague’s workload will be if I do.
Recently, I’ve been feeling everything from numb, crying, and feeling trapped in this job. I think about work now EVERYDAY 24/7, on weekends, when I’m using the bathroom, watching Netflix. I feel like I’m losing my mind :( and it was never like this before.
I should probably say my passions lay in creative writing and coding, both of which I am talented in and have some qualifications in & some experience. Before getting this new role I did say to myself I would pursue my passions and aim to find roles that will allow me to build my experience and skill and one day work freelance. My current job has nothing to do with creative writing and coding. As much as I want to quit everyday I have not quite saved up enough expenses yet and have rent to pay. Initially I considered getting a part time role that I can still pay my bills with until I figure things out and manage my well-being. I feel like I’ve gone backwards with this job though it pays more. Tbh I don’t even know what I would say to my manager when I hand in my notice.
Can anyone else relate and offer some recommendations please? Or am I just being a bratty millennial ? (Laughing but crying inside 🤣)
